The bokeh (blurred backgrounds)

First try of the bokeh. Learned this today, and i thought it was really cool, so, i decided to try it till i got something similar to what i kept seeing in tutorials.

bokeh
ˈbəʊkeɪ/
noun
PHOTOGRAPHY
  1. 1.
the visual quality of the out-of-focus areas of a photographic image, especially as rendered by a particular lens.

First shot that came out right; i played around with the aperture and shutter speed.

Then, as i was figuring out how to use Adobe Photoshop Lightroom to convert the raw files from the camera, to jpeg, which can be uploaded to sites like this, i discovered a couple of tweaking modes. (It's best to shoot in raw, and not jpeg).

After playing around with the modes, i tweaked the above image, slightly, and this is what i got; It's a little brighter.

Then, the second image; (Before Lightroom)

The above image, after Lightroom; (main change i saw in this one, was the background)

Photography is a lot of fun......countless possibilities!.. :-)))
